Inspiration Time with BIRD TALK Online – A Personal Source of Strength in Everyday Life

The online space for connection and inspiration is open to you as a safe and supportive environment where you can share whatever is currently present in your life. Our conversations are based on the BIRD TALK concept and have been adapted for somato-empathic online process work.

The Experience of Being Seen, Heard, and Understood at Your Core Essence

The primary purpose of this space is for you to be seen, heard, and understood—both by me and by yourself—at the level of your core essence. If, beyond that, you would also like to actively create change in your situation, I am happy to support you in discovering creative solutions, gaining clarity, and finding inspiration.

At the heart of this work lies the experience of arriving fully in the present moment, developing acceptance for what is, feeling emotionally held and supported, and experiencing a sense of spiritual connection.

Whether you:

I am available to you in our online sessions as a conversation partner, listener, guide, role model, and companion for all questions and topics that touch your heart.

As with all of my one-to-one sessions, everything shared within the Inspiration Space is treated with strict confidentiality.

Somato-Empathic Dialogue (SE Dialogue)

All conversations we have online are conducted in a somato-empathic way.

The term somato comes from the ancient Greek word soma, meaning “body.” Empathic refers to the ability to sense into and understand another person’s experience. This may occur on a cognitive level, by recognizing motivations, driving forces, or thought processes, or on an emotional level, by understanding how someone is feeling.

Being somato-empathic means relating to oneself with sensitivity and awareness, while remaining conscious of both bodily sensations and the emotional states that arise within.

In our conversations, I attune myself to your system in order to offer inspiration through my perception. At the same time, I support you in becoming aware of the information your own senses may be providing—often beyond conscious awareness.

Within somato-empathic dialogue, attention is given to ensuring that everything spoken can also be understood and felt on a body-heart level. In other words, the feelings, sensations, and moods that arise in the body while speaking are consciously acknowledged and included in decision-making, insight, and the discovery of solutions.

Self- and Stress-Harmonization Techniques (SHT)

In addition to somato-empathic dialogue, a wide range of SHT exercises and BIRD TALK techniques are available during Inspiration Time for us to practice together.

SHT techniques are designed primarily to promote relaxation and restoration. They help strengthen self-confidence, inner calm, and self-awareness, while supporting greater adaptability, ease, and social competence.

People often tell the story of their experiences through an idealized version of themselves—expressing what they would like to hear about themselves or presenting what they believe others would like to hear. In doing so, they may pay little attention to how the body unconsciously accompanies and comments on the story through sensations, feelings, and subtle emotional states.

Yet this additional layer of information can be extremely valuable in recognizing whether an experience has truly been processed, understood, and integrated on a deeper bodily level.

Conscious somato-empathic listening can therefore reveal where further support may be needed in the integration and embodiment of insights and experiences. This allows challenging life experiences to be processed more deeply, freeing life energy that may otherwise remain unnecessarily blocked.
