Before we begin our empathic dialogue and solution-focused conversation, I will guide you into a state of greater calm and inner presence, supporting your body, emotions, mind, and whole being to settle and reconnect.

Mediation for Conflict Resolution
Mediation provides a constructive framework for resolving conflicts with others.
The aim is to build mutual understanding, develop strategies together, and thereby reach a clarifying resolution of the situation that works for all parties involved.
It is often beneficial to involve a mediator early on, before the connection in a relationship, with yourself or with another person, has broken down completely.
My work is based, among other approaches, on Kindness Research, on Solution-Focused Short-Time Mediation and the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
