Self- and Stress-Harmonization Techniques (SHT), Practice Space
SHT are techniques that primarily strengthen your self-confidence and self-assurance through their calming and restorative effects, helping you become more adaptable and socially competent. Monday evenings serve as a shared practice space. We always begin with vibration techniques in the form of drumming, rattling, monochord, flutes, humming, and toning, etc., in order to restore the connection to the natural frequencies of vibration within and around us.

Framework
- Small group with a maximum of 6 participants
- Duration: 1.5 hours (including sharing and reflection)
- Mondays, 6:30 – 8:00 PM
- Fee per Evening: CHF 40.–
- The training takes place at the practice on Bergstrasse 4 in Horgen
No refund will be issued for missed appointments – your spot is reserved on a binding basis.
Available spots are assigned in the order in which registrations are received and become legally binding once confirmed by email. Payment can be made in cash or via TWINT.
